A sears Representative placed an Online Order for me on Ict **, ****.*She promised a **% Discount would be applied to my account within * to * days after the Order was placed. Order number ******.*She told me I would be receiving confirmation of this through my email.*I never did, but instead I received a message saying they were sorry they could not keep their promise of the **% discount!!*I have made several attempts to resolve this through customer service, and promised again it was escalated and I would be receiving a phone call, but it never happened either. Each time I spend hours on the phone being placed I hold and transferred only to be disconnected!*I am beyond frustrated.*I have also left messages on the Eddie Lampert executive customer service line, but she doesn’t return my calls either.*Will the proper level of management please contact me so this Discount can be applied as promised by the online rep onOct **.
