A technician came to my home on Oct.* and ordered a part for my range to be installed today Oct.**,****.I have called the number on the receipt he gave me,was on hold ** minutes the man answered he was foreign said he could not hear me and disconnected my call.I recalled the number and was on hold for ** minutes a young lady answered she was a foreigner also she had a really bad phone connection her services was breaking up and I could not hear everything she was saying.I have a family to cook for and have been unable to cook in my oven for over ** days.I want Sears to replace my range with a new one.I have an extended warranty and I want a new range.
