Re: Order * ***********On ******* I ordered a Kenmore Elite ***** Combo Washer*Dryer. On **** I started receiving text messages indicating that my order would be delivered on Friday *****. On Thursday night ***** I received a text message advising that my appliance would be delivered between *:** p.m. and *:** p.m.. I live in a hi-rise apartment building in downtown and the building DOES NOT ALLOW deliveries after *:** p.m. due to parking regulations. I called Sears Customer Service and was advised that my appointment could be rescheduled for Monday ***** between *:** a.m. and *:** a.m.. - I said that would be great and I was then sent a CONFIRMATION that this change was made. I also took Monday morning off from work so that I could accept delivery. Tonight - Sunday ***** - I received a text message stating that my appliance would be delivered tomorrow ***** BETWEEN *:** - *:** p.m.??!! I again called customer service and was advised that my delivery time was scheduled after *:** p.m. and there was nothing they could do about it?! I once again advised Sears customer service I needed the appliance delivered before *:** p.m. - PERIOD. She said no - so I told her to cancel my $*,*** order - which she promptly did?! I'm in total disbelief at the disregard for my purchase from Sears and that the CSR didn't bother to assist me at all and refused to connect me to a CSR in the United States. I've never had such a poor response to a purchase concern EVER. Now, its Sunday night at **:** p.m. and I'm SURE that MY appliance is probably already either on the truck or on the loading dock ready to be delivered - yet it won't be. I thought I'll try Sears Customer Service one more time and see if I can speak to someone who is logical and reasonable - but NO - same poor treatment and same indifference. Very disappointed. I wanted to help support Sears - my family has purchased everything from Sears for generations. If you can get me my washer*dryer delivered by tomorrow (Monday *****) before *:** p.m. CST then I will keep my purchase with Sears. Otherwise I will call my credit card and have the charge immediately denied due to breach of contract. Chris Prado ***-***-****.
