I bought lifetime alignment. after that I took my car * times to Sears Auto center Ridgedale Minetonka MN for alignment * year after purchasing and few weeks ago , bot time they were saying it is ok , I had to take car to different repair store and they told me you need to do alignment, it was just * week after Sears Auto suppose to do my alignment.*And when they said that I have problem with tire I ask to help me with the claim to talk to road hazard representative they refuse to help with anything saying that they did not get paid to do that. What service is that . That make me wonder if they change my oil and rotate my tires. At this time I need reimbursement of my money $***.** for lifetime alignment , that was not done . It is very disappointing and would like to talk to a manager or higher. I called , but they refuse to provide manger, that I can talk to , I called*-*** from web was transferred to ****-***-****, again transferred to ****-***-****,and list just going on and on Please resolve this issue asap
