Delivery of a mattress and boxsprings was confirmed to be Friday (today) between **-**. Received a call at approximately *:** stating that delivery would not happen until Nov. *. I called to ask about an immediate refund or a similar product be delivered. I have been passed off to * different representatives and was told I would be contacted within ** hours by the delivery services. This is ridiculous. I need that mattress TODAY not tomorrow or thereafter. If someone can give me a credit at a local Sears Retail Store or an immediate refund, that would be great. I do not feel I should have to wait on a product that was confirmed to be delivered. Your mistake should not be my problem.
