October **, ****.**Hi,*Several months ago, Bill from Direct Buy called and left a tel. message to say that he was referring to a warranty on a Sears product and that he may be reached at ***-***-****. I was away for a couple of months and came across the message yesterday. I called the above number, but nobody has knowledge of Bill, or Sears. They suggested I call numbers mentioned on the Sears Protection Plans' pamphlet given to me back in Feb. **, **** when I purchased a Kenmore Electric Range, Model ***C****. None of the numbers seem to work, or are active, and I have also learned that Sears Canada does not exist anymore. **According to the Sears pamphlet I should be getting a coupon from Sears equal to the price paid for the Protection Plan, and if no claims are made for any service, the coupon can be used on most Sears purchases worth *x the coupon value, which in my case would amount to some $***.** Canadian.**Please kindly advise me what I am to do next in order to obtain the coupon and secure the refund.**Thanks,**K.
