I bought online at Sears.com a washing machine on Friday September **th, ****. I called the next day September **, ****. To cancel the order and get a refund. I spoke with customer service and they said I would get my refund back in * to ** days. It will be two weeks tomorrow and I have not gotten my refjnd. I called yesterday and they said that they should have initially gotten my card for the refund and that it will be another ** days till I receive my refund. The order number is ********.
