We bought refrigerator nov ****. July **** handle around ***** cracked. We ordered handle and were told ship by Aug **. We were patient, now say don't know when we will get. And was told on chat that it was high demand. ???? All are breaking?? Went to store with receipts protection agreement etc. A manager emailed and said had to give them ** hours. But she would do something to get fixed. Today * days later I called. Was put on hold twice. Once went back to operator and once after holding ** min I hung up. Plan to be back st store on Monday.
