I recently purchased an expensive front load washer and dryer. From the start the washer has shaken and vibrated. Had a technician scheduled to come out today between ** and four. Received a confirmation voicemail yesterday confirming the appointment. At * o’clock no one ever showed up so I called the one *** number. Was told they were running behind I would be there by ***. At six no one had still showing up and was told my appointment was rescheduled to the **th. Now they expect me to take another day off? I should be compensated for having to take at least two days off and quite frankly I don’t have much confidence that they will be there at their next scheduled appointment. Trying to get a human being is next to impossible and getting one that speaks good English is almost impossible. I have purchased many appliances from Sears throughout the years. If this is how they treat customers, not only I but I will also instruct all my family to no longer purchase appliances from Sears. I feel you have lost a long-term and loyal customer who has spent thousands throughout the years with your business.
