The issue in GetHuman-queenmsp's own words
on ****** I ordered an item on line. I used a credit card and the transaction was completed. I did notice the item came from a market seller. I received the item promptly. When i opened the package there was no paperwork included. It turned out the size was not good and I wanted to return it. I had to call customer service to find out what I needed to do to return it. I nor the rep could reach the seller by phone so they were sent a e-mail. I received a reply from the seller offering me $*.** for the postage I paid and it was suggested I keep the item perhaps as a gift. I was outraged. I went thru that whole process again with the rep giving the seller my reply and their next offer was $*.** and keep the item.Over the course of a month I made at least * or * calls trying to get my credit for the item. I was finally sent a return address and instructions to e-mail the seller the tracking number. I did so. I never received a reply from the seller nor did I see a credit on my credit card .Here again I had to make another call a week and a half after the Postal service delivered the item back to the seller. I paid $*.** to make sure the item was returned and tracked. I have never had such a situation and I am outraged. I had to make another call on ******* before I saw a credit was being done. I am highly displeased at such poor service. The market seller was totally disrespectful and unprofessional. Your reps were very courteous but the process makes me not want to do it again.
