I purchased a Kenmore refrigerator in July, **** along with other appliances. I also purchased each year the maintenance policy on all my appliances.**My refrigerator has required a service call for the last two years. This year the freezer works and the refrigerator has stopped cooling as it it keeps freezing. In early August of this year they diagnosed a pantry thermostat. After a week the outsourced people installed it on August **. Two weeks later, same problem. Now there is a new diagnosis for another part. I was scheduled for the new part to be installed today and was told when the serviceman arrived that he cannot do anything because the board is frozen. I asked why he didn't turn the fridge off last Thrusday and he said I still had stuff in it. The last time he told me clean it out and defrost it so I did that. Now I havse to wait another weekend without a fridge. I know the rules are four repairs inthe calendar year but this is really not acceptable. I can hardly call this a working refrigerator. Two years ago there was a problem with it freezing and water all over the floor. It is time to throw this out. I have no confidence in the person who does the diagnosis of the problem and i have now lost confidence in the outsourced service man. I asked him to return tomorrow since it will be defrosted and he replied he can only come when he has other appointments in this area. Do you want to lose my business.
