Bought a new fridge sept **. Delivered fri **th. Never cooled off. Lost all my food. Asked for an exchange on another new fridge. Scheduled delivery Monday sept **. Then they changed it today till sept **th. I will be going on ** days without a fridge, no compensation, no discount, no expedited service and keep getting transferred on hold for over ** minutes without any understanding or compensation. I asked for the customer service phone number and they said you could only write a letter and not speak to anyone live. I want something done about this awful experience and the $*** purchase I made.
GetHuman-vickiwys did not yet indicate what Sears should do to make this right.
