Part (MNFLD DOOR SKU-*************CWO)was ordered on ****** by service technician ******* for water heater. I cancelled the service on ******. The part was delivered to me on ****** and returned to the technician on *******. I had paid $***.** for the part by credit card on ******. I have made several calls to Sears starting on ****** regarding refunding my money. I've been told that: " customer solutions would contact me by my cell phone and to keep the line open"* " that a manager would contact me"* and again that "customer solutions would contact me" this time by my email within ** to ** hours-that was * days ago!! I have not been given a contact number nor has anyone contacted me since I started trying to get my $***.** back for the part returned ** days ago.
