bought tires on line from Sears and went to North Riverside for install....reservation details for invoice ******** to appointment as store was almost closed...the crew (who were wonderful throughout) remove the old tires (which were junk) and then discovered the ordered tires did not fit. They found tires that would fit and installed and I was ready to go just as the store closed. Problem: I paid more because the tires were "bought from store and not online so no online price" Crew were so nice and store was closing so I did not want to make an issue at the time....but I believe Sears should honor the online price. The tires put on that fit were less than the larger tire that I originally bought on line but I paid more. I believe I should receive about a $**.** refund to my Sears card or rebate of whatever. I'm a long time, ** year, customer. FINAL INVOICE DATE: *********. SALESCHECK *************. REF. NUM. IN*******. Uniroyal tiger paw tires (*). Worst part for an older person: I WROTE a letter with all the details and got NO reply but ads. My email: *****@***.com *** *** **** I'm a real human* ex-USMC* good person with little "cyber skills" and happy that way* much more "Sears" than "Amazon". Also, your chat resolve a small recent problem and was great* I hope this works as well. I'm near your new Oak Brook Store
