My, story I’m a faithful sears appliances purchaser and service agreement holder. I have had my Kenmore upright two door refrigerator since ****. I have had a service agreement just as long. Over the last * years I have started having problems with the unit. I have had about * separate repair over the last * years. This past month the unit has stopped working and this is where the nightmare begins. I have been without a refrigerator for over a month. Sears sends technicians out that have ordered the wrong parts or failed to repair the problem. I have called sears requesting a product replacement and they give me the run around that I don’t meet the contract agreements of * qualifying repairs or attempts in a ** month period. Based on the age of the unit the amount of years I have had the unit and the service agreement and most of all me being without a unit for over a month and the reliability of the unit gone. Is there anyone who can help me resolve this nightmare and qualify for a product replacement?***Thank you soon to no longer be faithful sears customer
