It arrived today with pieces missiing. How does she get the missing items, or can you resent a complete order and a prepaid return item so she can return the one with the missing items. Seriously, this shouldn't be such an ordeal ... if ANY response whatsoever had been given to acknowledge the receipt of the emails, and some kind of expectation for resolution. Is that too much to ask? The fact that an incomplete order was sent to begin with is bad enough. The fact that it ruined what would have been a nice house warming gift for my daughter is bad enough. But to completely ignore your customer is unacceptable. So, just tell me....WHAT DOES IT TAKE?????
