Good afternoon.,my name is Troy Vendryes. My order * *********. On June **,****, I called sears directly at *********** and spoke to a customer service person . I told her I wanted to order a jvc dla-rs ***u projector which had the item listed at $****.** in the search engine. I asked the lady on the phone before ordering, if there was a restocking fee and if I would get a full refund if I ordered the item. She answered firmly-NO. No restocking fee and a full refund if I returned the item. I am sure if you check the recorded audio for this order, you will hear the conversation. On June **th I received the item and decided that it was not what I expected and I paid $** to have the item shipped back to the address that was provided the following week. To my surprise, when I checked my sears card, only $**** was returned to my card on July **th. And after sears customer service gave me the *rd party phone number ********** ( Five Star Buy) to talk to re my refund, the person told me that they charge a restocking fee and agreed to credit my card a further $***.**. So I have been calling sears customer service ( ***********) for the last * plus weeks. I lost track but you can check the call log. My number is **********. They have transferred, put me on hold, promise a manager will call me back and I have spent so many minutes holding and waiting for email and not getting a reply. I received * emails and the last one was signed by Emma P which states the obvious- our third party associate charges a restocking fee and basically says there is nothing else sears can do. If someone had actually listen to what I have been saying from the beginning BEFORE I had ordered, I asked the question about no restocking fee and getting my full refund back, if the person had told me that, I would not have ordered the item and spent all these hours and time calling weekly. I think my credit card is owed $***.** . Please reply to let me know you have received my complaint and leave a name and number* email as to my case status. Thank you- Troy Vendryes.
