A service person came out to look at my broken fridge that is still under warranty . He did not fix it just cleaned the back and said that if that doesn't work to call back , it did not work So i called back to be told I would have to wait till August **th for a appt. I had already waited * weeks for the other appt. this will be a month with no fridge, I asked for a supervisor to help me and the Supervisor got rude refused to let me talk to his supervisor or give me the recorder number for the recording of call and then hung up on me . I do not understand why the first service person did not fix the fridge and I now I am worried that when someone comes out they won't have the part to fix it and will make me wait * more weeks so more or less over a month without a working fridge .
