The best way to submit a complaint is actually submitting the issue or complaint to the Better Business Bureau. You can also submit the issue to the local Manager.

I purchased a Craftsman *** sheet sander on **-*-**, model no. *****.*I needed to replace the soft pad, part no. **********. In contacting Sears Parts Direct, I was informed that Sears is no longer does business with the company in China that makes the sander and that the part needed is not available and will not be. *So, I guess that particular sander, if a part is needed in the future, is just more or less junk. *I am very disappointed to find out that this product is basically obsolete. I paid $**.** for this sander at the Traverse City store.
GetHuman-gerschtc did not yet indicate what Sears should do to make this right.
