The issue in GetHuman984820's own words
I ordered a * in one exercise machine on May *rd, we were told it would be there in a week. When we followed up after a week we were told it would be there on the **th of May. We were going out of town, we were told they would hold it for us. When we arrived home we called again. We were told it would be there on Aug **th. On August **th we received an e-mail saying the item was cancelled. So now * months later, having been billed for this item and using rewards points, we have no exercise machine, are totally frustrated, and ready to NEVER buy another item from Sears Again. When we tried to get some compsation we were told *% discount. That's not acceptable for an item * months later, just recently we were issued a credit and reward points returned. All we want is the same type of exercise machine at the same price we originally ordered. I don't think that's too much to ask. I have been a Sears customer most of my life and this in not the first problem I have had. If you research you will see we had another issue just * months ago. I really do understand why Sears is doing so poorly these days.
