Get a refund on non existent appliance service repair. ... A service call, tech no call no show. Third appointment attempt. Started July **, appointment cost $*** charge. No fix. Schedule *nd appointment. Rescheduled. New appointment day. No call, no show. Tech never came. Called. They rescheduled me again * weeks out. Asked for my money back. Was told Sears doesn't do that. I have a washer that doesn't work a month later, your tech doesn't show, and I am out $*** dollars, plus wasting an entire day waiting for service that never comes. How is this acceptable? I want my money back.
Appliance never fixed, tech didn't show up or call. And Sears refused to refund charge. I waited all day and waisted day for nothing.
I want a refund
I grew up going to Sears, and when my appliance needed repairs, Sears was the only place I thought to call. So disappointed.
I called, emailed and "chatted" with everyone at Sears that would take a minute with me. Nothing.
