called for repair on july **th. washing machine.*repair man comes on july **.*orders parts. says be back on oct *.*get parts july **th.*diffrent service guy comes out on aug. *th. say wrong part were sent. reorders parts. machine is suppose to be fixed today. call repair and were told that parts are on back order. don't know when it will be repaired. The last ** day have gone to laundromat * times. please respond by giving back the cost of my purchase and or new machine. Just so you know thats the way warrantys work. sears use to stand for quality?
