Ordered a new refrigerator on Sunday, ***. First refrigerator delivered on Tuesday, ***. Brand new, out of the box, but had no power. Sent it back and talked to my original sales rep the next day. She called and ordered a replacement for me. The second one arrived yesterday and it too had no power. I was so frustrated that I called an electrician out to make sure it wasn't a problem with the outlet. It wasn't. SO, here I sit with a non-working fridge. I am a long time customer but seriously considering sending it back and finding a new one somewhere else. I get that the model may be a lemon, but i am still out time and need a new working fridge!
GetHuman-macarlso did not yet indicate what Sears should do to make this right.

I was frustrated waiting on the phone. No help with the online chat either. I went back to my local store and talked to the original associate. Decided to go with a different model. She took care of the return*new purchase on the phone and my new (third) fridge will be delivered on Monday. Fingers crossed.
