I odered a refrigerator that was delivered in June, it had a leak in the freezer & it was defrosting. Sears sent me another refrigerator, same model & it’s leaking as well. I requested a different model w* a $*** price difference at no charge to me & sears won’t honor the request. It seems that the * refrigerators that were sent to me were used & malfunctioning as I paid for a new refrigerator. Customer service has been horrible & ive been given the run around for over a week now.
GetHuman-toatisw did not yet indicate what Sears should do to make this right.
