The issue in GetHuman-chizo's own words
I ordered a pool online on *******. The arrival date to my hometown store was set at ******. On ****** much to my surprise I was sent a email and a txt message saying the pool was available for pickup at my home town store. I rented a U-Haul truck to pick the pool up along with some items from home depot I needed to install the pool. When I arrived the sears employee told me it wasn’t there and that they wasn’t going to get a truck that week due to the holiday. I have made several attempts to call sears and see when this can be delivered and everyone I speak to says the can’t find the number to the warehouse.(I can). And ultimately end up telling me it will be on the next truck. The next truck has came and going and the local sears rep states it wasn’t on the truck. I have asked to pick the pool up in person even at the warehouse and it doesn’t seem to be getting across to anyone especially in the warehouse. To ship my pool. *Order***********Intex **x** above ground pool. *I have even talked to the supervisor on the phone of the **** number and she told me nobody has any control of what the warehouse does and they are not to be contacted. So how does this company operate? Here are the questions I want answered. **. When is my pool going to be delivered?**. How come your system sends txt messages and emails saying your order has arrived when it in fact hasn’t even been shipped?**. How come every person I talked to can’t find the number to the warehouse? **. how do you plan to keep me as a customer after failing every aspect of a business?*I rented a truck and took days off around setting this pool up for my kids birthday. Also come and gone. I mean come on sears he been doing mail order for almost a hundred years or more. I place a order someone gets the order and ships it I receive it. Please tell me how it works.
