While I am sad that my * year old Kenmore Elite refrigerator had a bad compressor...I just want to say that our repair man Mark was great. He was soft spoken, honest, kind, and the fridge is running and cooling so far...we are hoping for the best...that it will last for several more years...I will not lie...it has been quite inconvenient to be without our fridge for almost * weeks and eating food from an igloo cooler...we live in a rural area...and we had to make daily ** minute trips to the closest place where we could buy ice...and, also, buy food daily to fix for our meals...we are a retired couple on a fixed income and the expense of gas hurt our budget...living rurally there is a lack of restaurants*fast food places to eat... FYI...we lost almost $*** worth of food that was in the fridge when it quit working...we did file a food loss claim...and we are waiting on it to resupply our food...anyway...I am glad we bought the home protection agreement...but wish our fridge would have ran a few more years before we had to use it...and we were really satisfied with the work Martk did...I am sorry he did not give us his last name...we are Terry and JoAnn Winter...if you need to reference our account...Thank you
