My sealed refrigerant system went out. The first technician who came here said I would have to pay for them to come out then *** for labor. When the second technician came to actually put the parts in he said I don't have to pay for the tech to come out or labor because in the manual it clearly states the sealed refrigerant system is covered up to * years from purchase free of charge. But when he hooked up the new part it wasn't working so he had to go replace the board that controls the sealed refrigerant system and said we have to pay for that. The problem with the rest of the money was resolved but Now I have to pay for the sensor board...if it controls the sealed refrigerant system why should I have to pay for it ? My fridge is only * years old. Kenmore elite
