Job **********Jane Duron**** E Bonnie View Dr*Rialto Ca ************* signed a contract to have a new heating and cooling system. Problem **Per the Rep Sears handles all the work no sub contractors * sub contractor came to do the install. They worked from **** to around *-*:** Clean up and left I have no air it is ** degrees in the house I have One fan. Said they be back tomorrow *:** come to find out they had to go do another job.*Problem ** called HVAC project coordinator called her *** @*:** left message called again *:** left another message She called back *** she did call me @ around *:** tired to explain what the sale rep said about no sub contractor and that they left she didn't even let me explain they left at *. she just said sometimes it takes two days. They didn't even work a full day. When she called to set up the appointment for the install. She said my contractors and if I have it in stock they will be there *** between *-*.*she told me she would call contractor and make sure they completed the work on ****** and if they were going to be later than arrival time of *-* she would call me. they arrived at **:** no call from project coordinator.*they worked on installing the units. I went into another room where there was a ceiling fan. Problem ** I walk into kitchen and there is a hole in my wall above a light switch. The thermostat that was in the living room was removed. I went outside and asked why there was a hole in my kitchen wall. He explain its better to have it close to the return. I said ok fine BUT shouldn't have asked me before you did anything. He said he forgot. WHAT. *Problem ***the repair job is a joke * yr could have done a better job. I just had the whole house painted. Now that wall looks horrible.*Problem * when they finished they need me to sign some paper so I read them. They did not show me where the filter was and its size I had to ask where it was and the size. If I wouldn't of asked about the condensate drain was I would have never know about it and what to do. That is important. I also asked several times did you check the heating unit all he said is it is hooked up. I said yes but does it work.?????*They cleaned up and left around *-*. It worked ok it was a little loud.*Problem ********* Noticed no hot water they did not turn the water heater back on. My son tried for *** hr. to relight it. He couldn't get it to light. I had to call someone to try and light it. Didn't get hot water until around * my son and a get together had to was dishes in cold water.**** the unit was working. then around * I noticed that the thermostat light was off the unit also was off. I have no air now. It is ****** @ *:** ******* called left voice message for Manager ******* no call back from manager.*I call project coordinator @ *:** left message to call me ASAP she did call me back I explained all the problems and that I was very upset. she did get someone they are suppose to be there today between *-* it is now *:** it is so hot in here. Look I'm ** years old just lost my husband a year ago I do not need this stress. I paid for this system in full and it seem like as long as you are paid no your problem. I feel like I should be compensated for this horrible experience. I'm for the repair person and will wait for your reply believe me this is not over. I do have rights

The air did get fixed at *:** that afternoon it was ** degrees in here at that time. I called the project coordinator told her I was very angry and explained if it did not get fixed I would go up the ladder as high as possible with my complaint. not that Sears cares they are no longer customer oriented.
