Recently I ordered a lawn tractor on-line through your website. When I received a call about delivery I called back to see if I could get a different day. When I told the delivery day for my area is Tuesday I told the call taker to keep the original delivery date of July *. The next day about an hour before my delivery window I received a text that the day was changed to July ** at my request. I called customer service again and they said there was nothing they could do but they were sorry. I lost a half day of work because of that error. Then I canceled my order for a new lawn tractor and I am considering getting rid of my Sears Credit Card that I have had since ****. **The issue I believe is with the call center. They couldn’t understand me and I couldn’t understand their broken English. I requested to speak with someone who spoke better English but got nowhere. I have been a loyal Sears customer for many decades but in the future I intend on shopping elsewhere and advising family and friends to do the same. **I thought someone should know that the service provided by your call center is providing a dis-service to your company.** * Frustrated,** Tom Dubovi
