I have a two year old refrigerator freezer in warranty under a service contract and the entire unit went out. Lost all the food in both sections. Service man came, parts were ordered and I have waited three weeks with scheduled appointment tomorrow. Today I receive a call they do not have technicians available. I need someone capable of telling me what is going on and when I will receive service on my unit. **years old and buying ice daily for a cooler is very difficult.
