I am beyond frustrated, my * yr old kenmore elite refrigerator quit cooling, it is still under warranty so i call for a repair, yall couldnt come out for a week, I lost everything, I called back to see if i can get someone else to come look at it that could get to it sooner, yall agree, so I got a reccomendation from Lowe's which was vps appliance, he came and looked at the fridge and says it needs a new compressor. The repaiirman called yall to get approval since it was over ***.**, he got the ok to order the compressor, unfortunately the guy never came back or returned my calls which is not your fault but i was back to square one. i called yall back to order another service call and they said it would be another week i have no choice but to wait, my service appt was today, june **, the window was from * to *. I waited all day with no show or even a phone call. I started calling, at *, a total of * times between * and *, I was given a different answer everytime, one time I was told he was on his way but he wasn't, I called back at *, they send another message, he is running behind but I am still on the schedule. at *** i'm told he is on site. I tell the guy he's not here, he says he is in your neighborhood looking for your house, at *** still nothing so i call back, she tells me he left because he couldn't find my house (I am simple to find but also still no ph call even though each time they sent messages to the dispatch telling them to) I was furious so they gave me a supervisor, he said the tech ran late and just couldn't get to me and said it would be * weeks before they could come back out, I have already been without a fridge for * weeks!! I have * people in my house and we having to eat out almost every meal. I couldn't leave my house all day cause i was waiting on him needless to say I was starving and never once got a curtously call saying they would be late or they weren't coming at al. l This is not acceptable! I was also told they wouldnt even order the compressor till after he comes and it would be another week to ** days after that before it comes in. who knows how long it will take to get them back out to put it in. Everyone apologizes but they don't really care otherwise this wouldn't be acceptable to them either. What can i do?!
