My Kenmore Elite refrigerator has a ** year total warranty. It is * years old. On May **, **** it was not running. Two weeks later the first tech arrived for diagnostic, part ordered and second appointment scheduled for two weeks later for installation. Did not work. Another call made and appointment scheduled for June ** (now over one month without a fridge). Tech arrived, diagnosed, tried to fix, ordered another part and scheduled a *th appointment for June **. The tech did not arrive on June **--no call or any notification by tech or Sears. The customer service Resolution Hotline * *** *** **** was contacted *:** PM again at *:** PM on June **. The "supervisor" told me I have to be rescheduled for July **. I have called again June ** at *:**, *:**, and again I get told someone will contact me--no contact, supervisor "reschedule for July **". I have now called *-***-***-**** at **:** AM and was told a Customer Service person would call me within two hours. I have also contacted my local store owner, my husband is calling an attorney, but I still have a non-functioning $**** refrigerator in my kitchen. I want a service tech in my home to install this part and make the thing work no later than Monday July *.

GetHuman-mcdowalk did not yet indicate what Sears should do to make this right.
