I had a home warranty plan and on April **th **** the technician informed me that the work needed to fix my wa****ng machine was probably over the limit and he submitted the claim to Sears, they called me back with and offer of a GE wa****ng machine replacement or a check for $***.**. I asked for the check as I wanted to replace it with another whirlpool. I have been given the run around since then. Its always, the checks in the mail, after * weeks I was informed the check was mailed on May **th. I spoke with someone in Louisiana and was told it was mailed from So. California, I live in No California and it hasn't arrived. That was ** days later. I asked if they could stop payment and reissue a new check. I continue to call weekly and have yet to be able to speak with someone in accounts payable and today a case manager named Cleo, in headquarters Illinois tried twice and basically was unsuccessful. I've not heard from a single manager or supervisor and have been told numerous times I'd get a call back or an e-mail. All I'm asking is can someone in accounts payable resend me my check....Its been over * months now and you took my money each month on time for the plan. This claim was approved on the **th April today is June **th. I get no resolve calling the home warranty plan as no one will let me speak to anyone in charge...all they do is do***ent and tell me they are sending it to accounts payable. However today I was informed by Cleo that she couldn't find any do***entation so possibly no one was ever doing it.*Please help with this issue as I need the money to pay off my whirlpool that I'm paying interest on. claim *********sincerely,*Jacqueline Monteiro
