If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. You can always bring the item into the store too.

Hello - Sear carpet cleaning charged my card $***.** on March **, **** for services they did not provide. A technician came to the property but his machine was not working properly. Another tech was suppose to come out but no one showed up. I had to hire another company at the last minute to clean the carpets. I have receipts and photos. I just want my refund of $***.**
