I had purchased a refrigerator online on may **th and canceled the order may **th (because my broke and needed one ASAP) well it wasn't in the system **hrs at all. Here we are June **th and I still haven't gotten my return. I was told yesterday they would contact me via email from solutions and NEVER got a email back. Called the next morning and they told me they need more time. and there was nothing they could do. couldn't tell me what was going on why they cant give me my money back. This is stopping me from getting another one I need to the money to get another one I've got * kids and there's no refrigerator in my house for summer. this is way beyond insane and unprofessional. The people I've spoke with don't do anything to help. It took yall * sec to take the money from my account and now its taking * weeks for it to be put back so I can get another one.
