I purchased a Kenmore Elite bottom freezer refrigerator on December **, ****. I did not purchase an extended warranty because I trusted the quality of the product. A few weeks ago, the refrigerator part broke. A week after making an appointment, the technician replaced the main control unit and said the fan was working fine. manually defrosted for * days as instructed, plugged it back in and worked for a day then then refrigerator part broke again. Technician will be back for same problem next week. I had thrown a lot of food because of this problem. Fairly new fridge and lost money in the process. I want compensation or replacement of the product.
