My mom has been a customer of Sear for over ** year . She has a GE dryer that is over a year old. and is in a need of repair.. . The techician came to my mother home on Saturday, June *th . HE did not come in her home. He told my mom that if the machine is broken that he did not have any GE pair on his truck and he cound not fix My mom thought he was stating that he was not going to fix the machine. This same Techinician has been to her home before and was very unprofessional. I am her daugther and came over her house to call Sear for my mom. because my mom was told another techician was coming on June *th about **:**. The person who stated that another technican was coming to my mother home at **:**- **:**., name was Sandy. I talked with Addy who stated the June **th was the earliest she had for a techiciian to come to fix the dryer. Brandon who work in Protection and Agreement states that he did not have my mom name on the policy for her dryer.and that it was under Mrs Beatrice White who do not lived at the address now and have her own policy with Sear for her products. I was then tranfer to Jewel who is in admistration Protection and Agreement department and correct the problem. Jewel put my mom name on her policy and gave my mom a new policy number. I asked her to tranfer me back to repair to see if I could get an earlier appoinment and talked with Jekeisha she stated that June **th was the earliest that someone could come to my mom home. Jekeisha gave me a routing number to see if they could help. Routing was close . I spent from *:** to *:** trying to help me mom. Today she receive a phone call and she return the call and they told her she did not have an appoinment for June **th and now they reschedule her apponment for June **th. My mother name is Edith Rhines. she live on **** Webster Avenue , Pittsburgh, PA , *****. She is a sweet and kind woman who is ** year old. I feel sadden that this company has treated her with such unkindness and unprofessionlism. Sear has alway a company that have quality product and a team that treated you like family. Please help my mom.
