I purchased a Craftsman lawn mower last year along with a battery powered hedge trimmer and weed wacker. I went into the Sears in Saginaw on Saturday inquiring about repairs and was given a paper to contact Hoffman Power Equipment I called them and was told * weeks before they could even look at my equipment. Then I was told about * weeks. I am mowing twice a week. Unacceptable. Where else in Saginaw Michigan can I take my equipment?
