To Whom It May Concern,*On April **, ****, technicians cleaned duct work at my townhouse. They were supposed to clean the dryer vent but did not have time and needed to locate where the vent was located outside. Marcus Hines was supposed to return to my home to clean the vents. He has not responded. I would like a full refund of $** plus $** surcharge credited to my Sears account. **Every time I call the *** number, the CS transfers me to another line then the call is disconnected. This is unacceptable. *Please advise?
