The issue in GetHuman-glynnes's own words
We have a Kenmore Elite refrigerator that’s about * year old, I believe. The fridge started getting warm months ago and it got fixed by your repairman. It happened again a few weeks ago, and a service rep said if the problem happens again we need parts. We contacted your company on May **th to tell you the fridge was warm again and the parts were ordered. The parts arrived at our house on May **th and we called to schedule the service. By this point our freezer food was ruined and our fridge was barely cool. The appointment was set for May **th. No one came that day and it was rescheduled via email without us knowing why. It was rescheduled four days later, on May **th. No one came that day and it was rescheduled again without knowing why, this time to be on June *th. Our daughter called to say we need it done sooner, but got nowhere. I called to ask why it was rescheduled twice and to say it seemed fair to put us in an early appointment and push out tomorrow’s appointment since we had already been rescheduled before. I got nowhere. My husband called to say we have a family that needs food to be kept cold (maybe that is not clear?) and we need an urgent appointment. The rep he spoke to said they would schedule for the next morning, May ** between *am – **noon. No one came. Our daughter gets the email confirmations when things change, and she didn’t get one after her father’s phone call. Now we have to assume we still have an appointment a week from now, on June *th, but who knows? Calling you is hopeless.
