Trying to get an earlier service date (See if you had cancellations) ... On May **, a new motor was installed on my Kenmore refrigerator. It is not working and I have a repair scheduled for June *.*I had to empty all food from my kitchen fridge and I am trying to see if there have been any cancellations that I can have a sooner service call. Today when I called in for this reason, after waiting ** minutes, the phone ran, was picked up and then disconnected. Service needs a lot of improvement.
