I have sent * emails previous to this and have had no response. **Work done on *-**-** - **** Subaru Forester - *Owner - Jason Alvarado *Address - **** Outlook Dr. *Colorado Springs, Co ***** *I put the charges on my in store Sears CC**I am writing to let you know that I had my car in the Sears Auto Center in Colorado Springs. I took in my own parts. They quoted me $*** for the labor to install the upstream and downstream ** sensors. They told me that one of the ** sensors I took in did not work for my car. They told me it was not compatible and did not work with my **** Subaru Forester. So, the Sears Rep called me and left a message. In the message he states that the Bosch Sensor worked but the other sensor I purchased did not work. So, I ordered another Bosch sensor. After taking in the new Bosch sensor I got another call from a different Sears Rep and he told me the Bosch sensor was the one that didn't work. I was in the middle of my daughter's sweet ** party and I told him that the other Sears Rep gave me the wrong part information and I ordered the wrong part AGAIN. The first Rep Juan, left a message and said the Bosch ** sensor worked and the other off brand did not work. I saved the voicemail where Juan tells me that the Bosch sensor worked. That is why I ordered another Bosch sensor. **I did go on at closing to pick up my vehicle and paid an xtra $***. The Sears Auto Center ordered the part for me. It did cost me an additional $***. I did not make it a issue because it was late and I needed to get back to my family. However, I knew I had the voicemail and I knew I would be contacting you to notify you about the situation. I can prove that I was misinformed by the Sears Rep. I feel the Sears should reimburse me for the xtra $*** I had to spend due to the misinformation that Juan gave me. If I would have been correctly informed I would not have bought the wrong part. It took me away from my daughter's sweet ** party and my family.
