Good news I had an item ready for pickup. Bad news I had to wait at pickup for about a half hour. For waiting more than * minutes, I was given $* off coupons. My name was on the screen and conveniently taken off after * minutes probably not to scare off others. Spoke to another guy who waited that long and he was compensated with only a $* off coupon. That does not match the value of my time.**One of your pickup associates came out and said he couldn't locate the item. That's just not acceptable. Good thing I didn't do vehicle pickup. This business model is unsustainable. **I'd like the following item craftsman chest drawer tray model * ***** and was provided with three $* coupons that would more than cover it. If you can have it at your store, I'll pick it up and use the coupons which I cannot use online. Please respond soon as to not escalate the issue.
