If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. You can always bring the item into the store too.

On april **th, **** i ordered an Evenflo carseat online - on april **th i was notofoed by email that it was out of stock and would be refunded the amount ($**.** to my checking, the remainder to my SYW points). *A month later, and * phone calls to customer service - i still have to received my refund!*each time i call - i am promised (in broken english by a Millie or a Mark or a Paul) thst they will send a rewuest for a refun with a followup email - NOTHING!!!! EVER! *I have been robbed by kmart*sears ! I just want my effin' money back! NOW!*im sure i will get absolutely NO reaponse from this even.
