Ihad a confirmed appointment. No one showed for appointment time and no one called ... Had a confirmd appointment set for * am-** noon. At **:**pm had not heard from the repairman.called home services dept*aand was told that he was running behind and that someone would call me. withh his eta. After an hour I called back and was told that atechnician had inot been assigned and that the work order would be submitted.After waiting*for a Morning appointment, it is now* pm, I have not heard from Sears (repairman or Service). This is not the first time Sears has been negeligent in keeping appointments and the service deptment is horrible. if Ihad not purchased the appliances from Sears Icertainly would not use their services. This is the not professional and certainly not the way to keep customers.**Actually talked with a supervisors around two thirty this afternoon who informed me that a technician and work order hadn't been assigned. I find this out after a whole day has been wasted and was given an appointment in June. It is really unacceptable. When I started to inquire this morning I could have even informed that a mistake happen and that appointment,extended to be rescheduled instead I was tolld lies, these iceman was running behind, I was next on the schedule, etc. What kind of company has Sears become....
I s hedule a morning appointment because I had other things for the afternoon.
It can't be resolved , my day is wasted and caused me to rescheduled other appointment . There is no resolution , it is now going on two o'clock and the repairman nor Sears has contacted me regarding my "morning" appointment
Long enough to see how inefficient the home service deptment has become. I almost hate to call to schedule maintenance because their is always a problem and no at Sears has the decency to contact the customer to explain a delay or to give an estimate time of arrival
It's not my responsibility to fix it
