I bought A refrigerator three years ago. After the *yr and a half the ice maker went up ** it has been * yrs and the entire refrigerator and freezer has went up! I paid $*,*** for this , which I had more problems then any other refrigerator that I have ever owned! I went up * weeks ago and had a appointment last Friday after * days with out a refrigerator . Had a appointment that Friday and in the am they canceled after I took the day off without pay! Then I was scheduled this Friday ( ****) . The technician showed up and said it will be * weeks before he can get a new compressor! Really? I have to go a month without refrigeration for over a month with a * yr old refrigerator??????? This is ridiculous ! I really feel as though I need to be compensated for my time from work and not being able to feed my family! My husband is a diabetic and has to keep his insulin in a cooler! I’m really wondering if the compressor that I’m getting in * weeks is going to last the ** yrs that they told me when I bought it! I used to think Kenmore was a good name! No more!
