I had to wait * weeks in order to schedule the installation of my range as the Installation Management inc is only in my area * days per week. On their first attempt they could not install because the electric outlet needed to be moved by an electrician. An electrician came out and said he couldn't move the outlet until the old range was moved and said he would come when the come back to install and he did. It took him ** minutes to move the outlet meanwhile the install guys left stating they couldn't wait, they did not even look at the new range which is sitting in my dining room, did not begin to connect any of its parts nor did they attempt to move the old range out as they were supposed to do. Now I have my old range sitting in the middle of my kitchen disconnected, and have to wait another week for them to return to mostly likely figure out that they don't have all the parts they need to complete the install since they didn't take the time to look.

GetHuman693980 did not yet indicate what Sears should do to make this right.
