The best way to submit a complaint is actually submitting the issue or complaint to the Better Business Bureau. You can also submit the issue to the local Manager.

I have tried for weeks to get someone to talk to me regarding an incorrect repair quote on my refrigerator. I have called * different *’s, been given * different case *’s, was told almost * weeks ago that it would be expedited. The tech gave me an repair amount that included the cost of the compressor which is still under warranty (he was aware of that). I was also told that I would have to pay for the cost of repairing parts that were damaged due to damage caused by the compressor. I was also told I would have to pay $** to get someone to come out again so that they could give me the correct cost of the repair. I am at a loss to understand why no one will speak to me to go over the itemized bill the tech left showing the error? This has been going on for * weeks!
GetHuman-sirkinb did not yet indicate what Sears should do to make this right.
