I did not get a refund. I was hung up on twice. On hold ** minutes and re- directed to the robot * times then provided a number for legal services that is the robot for home appliances and would not allowed to speak with anyone. I was told by the store manager it wasn’t her job. I am trying to mediate but my next steps will be the AG a co worker and friend, the CEO Eddie Lambert a friend of my friend William B Dunavant and the Better Business Beureau
