The issue in GetHuman-rdhcpa's own words
We purchased Hancook Roadhandler tires with a ***K warranty on *******, along with "road hazzard warranty plus". I returned to the store today due to two splits in the front sidewall of one tire, consistent with hitting a pothole or other similar road hazzard. The store manager, Josh Smith, measured the tire as having **** remaining and generated an estimate with a tread adjustment of $**.** toward the purchase of a like-kind tire. The estimate also included mounting and balancing labor costs, because Josh said our road hazzard warranty agreement had expired in the system. I pointed out my invoice date of ******* and that I still had ** days remaining. He still refused to honor it and reiterated that I was entitled to the $**.** adjustment. At this point, I am seeking assistance in obtaining the benefits that I paid for as per my original paperwork for tires and road hazzard warranty, which should be replacement of the damged tire free of charge.
